📝 Instructions for Filling Out the Order Form

This form is intended for placing immediate orders based on available inventory. Please follow these guidelines when completing the form:

• Fill in all customer information fields: Name, Country, Email, and Phone Number.

• Add the desired product references by entering the code, selecting the color, and specifying the quantity per size.

• You may enter any quantity per size—there are no minimums or multiple restrictions.

• The system will automatically calculate the total number of units, subtotal, estimated shipping cost, and number of boxes required.

• Once completed, review your order and click “Send Order.” A copy of the order will be sent to your email.

This form is designed to facilitate quick orders with units that can be shipped immediately, depending on availability.

You will receive a copy of your order at the email address you provided. If you notice any errors in the submitted information or order details, please contact your sales representative as soon as possible to make the necessary corrections.
